Amy’s House wants to express great gratitude to the Fikes Foundation for the award of a generous grant to further the mission of our hospitality house. Below is a photo of our Executive Director Jim Fly accepting a check from a representative of the foundation.
We are so pleased to announce that our beautiful patio furniture has finally arrived. This will give guests another option for a place to dine and visit in an outdoor setting. We are so grateful to the Temple Bio-Science District for funding the purchase of the furniture.
Boy Scout Troop 101 of Temple did the honor of performing a ceremonial flag raising ceremony for Amy’s House on August 2, 2021. Because of Covid we could not have a large crowd, but the boys did a wonderful job.
