During August of 2014, three of our donor family members were able to meet the recipient of their loved one’s lungs.  This was an emotional meeting for all involved, but it has led to deep and lasting relationship as well as strong commitments from the donor family and the recipient’s family to accomplish goals planned by TRIO.
